What changes
ICF has introduced the Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS), a dedicated qualification for those who provide mentor coaching, across three levels — ACC, PCC and MCC.
From 1 January 2027, every credential candidate will have to work with an MCS-qualified mentor coach. From 1 April 2027, for candidates following the ACC and PCC Portfolio path, mentor coaching replaces the performance evaluation.
In practice: if you are building your credential, from that date the choice of mentor coach is no longer open. It is worth knowing a few months in advance.

How we work
The ten hours required by ICF, spread over a minimum of three months as the standard requires. One to one, or in a small group — which costs less and, for certain competencies, teaches more, because you also hear the others.
We work on your real recordings: we listen to them, read them against the ICF markers for the level you are going for, and work on what is missing. This is not a lesson. It is training, with someone who tells you how you are actually doing.
